We are excited to announce that Ken Truex, our Director of Commercial Cyber Services, will be presenting at CyberWeek 2020!
Ken’s topic of discussion: How To Select A Penetration Test Vendor
With more than 3,000 vendors currently providing penetration testing (pentest) services, how are you supposed to narrow the field to just one? What metrics should you use for comparison? In this talk, I’ll discuss best practices for selecting a pentest vendor. Additionally, I’ll cover the steps of a pentest, why pentesting is important, and common corners that vendors often cut to lower the quality of a pentest. I’ll teach you how to filter out the noise and select a quality pentest vendor so you can rest easy knowing the weaknesses in your IT infrastructure can be found and fixed before an attacker finds them.
